Hi everyone! We are 3 guys from Finland who are coming to Phuket as exchange students, and we’re looking for a place to stay near Prince of Songkla University (Phuket Campus) in Kathu. Rental period: 31 December 2026 – 20 May 2027 What we’re looking for: * Within 5 km of Prince of Songkla University, Kathu. * Preferably 1 condo/apartment with 3 bedrooms. * We’re also open to 3 separate 1-bedroom units if they are in the same building/condo. * Maximum budget: 45,000 THB/month (total for all three). If you have a condo/apartment available or know someone who does, please send me a message! We’d also really appreciate recommendations for a trusted local real estate agent who can help us find a place. Thank you!
