Koh Kaew is an established residential area between Phuket Town and the island’s northern districts. It is particularly appealing to families who want convenient access to international schooling, everyday amenities and leisure facilities without necessarily living in a busy tourist area. Here are some of the location highlights. British International School Phuket (BISP) Approximately 3 minutes away. For families with children attending BISP, this is one of the villa’s strongest advantages. A nearby school can make the daily routine considerably easier and reduce the time spent travelling back and forth. Boat Lagoon and Royal Phuket Marina Approximately 5 minutes away. These popular marina destinations offer waterfront surroundings, restaurants and a connection to Phuket’s boating and yachting lifestyle. They are also convenient places to meet friends, enjoy a meal or spend time by the water. Loch Palm Golf Club Approximately 10 minutes away. A convenient option for golf enthusiasts who want to enjoy a round without travelling too far from home. Central Phuket Approximately 15 minutes away. One of the island’s major shopping destinations, offering a broad choice of retail outlets, restaurants and everyday amenities. All travel times are approximate and depend on traffic and the exact route. GREEN SPACES, LAKES AND AN OUTDOOR LIFESTYLE Koh Kaew may not be right beside the beach, but it offers a different kind of lifestyle that many residents appreciate. The area has green spaces and large lakes that provide a welcome change from Phuket’s busier tourist districts. These surroundings appeal to people who enjoy walking, jogging and keeping active, with residents of different ages making the most of opportunities to get outdoors. For dog owners, the area can also be attractive, with opportunities to enjoy walks with their four-legged companions and build outdoor exercise into everyday life. For families, it’s another reason to consider Koh Kaew: life here can include time outside, active weekends and a more residential neighbourhood atmosphere, alongside the convenience of nearby schools, shopping, restaurants and marinas. If your ideal Phuket lifestyle combines a spacious family home with opportunities to stay active and enjoy the outdoors, Koh Kaew is well worth considering. EVERYDAY CONVENIENCE Choosing the right location is about understanding how a property fits into your daily routine. From the school run to shopping trips, meals out and leisure
