Yes, there are a few in Chalong that should be much closer to what you’re looking for I’d definitely have a look at Hideaway Valley Chalong, 88 Land & Houses Hillside Phuket, and Land & Houses Park Chalong. They are gated residential communities with communal pool facilities, and you can find houses in roughly the 50–100k/month range depending on the size and condition. If you’re also open to an apartment, Chalong Miracle Lakeview is worth checking as well — it has a large communal pool, gym and more of a resort-style setup. If you liked MONO but specifically want no private pool and a nice shared pool for the family, I’d probably start with Hideaway Valley or Land & Houses.
