Option 1 — House * 1–2 bedrooms * Minimum 45 sqm * Budget: up to 30,000 THB/month Option 2 — Condominium * Minimum 35 sqm * Budget: up to 25,000 THB/month * A good coworking/work area in the building or residence is very important Preferred location: within approximately 7 km of Boat Avenue, including Surin, Soi Bang Tao, Cherngtalay, Soi Pasak and surrounding areas. I’m also interested in options around Surfhouse Residence. The most important requirement for me is quietness. I work from home and sleep lightly, so I’m specifically looking for a peaceful location — not directly on a busy road with motorbike traffic and not in the middle of the nightlife/busy part of Bang Tao or Boat Avenue. For a condominium, I would prefer a unit facing the quiet side of the building, away from road and nightlife noise. I have a valid 5-year DTV visa and plan to stay in Thailand long-term. For immigration purposes, I need an official rental contract from the owner or agent and TM30 registration. I’m a quiet and responsible tenant.
