Hi everyone, I’m looking to buy a villa in Phuket (prefer Kamala), as it is not safe to buy properties from foreigners with nominee companies I’m only looking for Thai freehold. I need 4 or 5 bedrooms with a big garden, land plot should be more than 1,000 sqm and not more than 10 mins drive from the beach. My budget is 25 million.
