My husband and I are looking for a nice home in Phuket together with our small Chihuahua (under 5 kg, very well-behaved ). We arrive in Phuket on 25 October 2026 and can view properties in person Rental from: 1 November 2026 Budget: around 30,000 THB/month, but can discuss for the right place Preferred area: Bang Tao / Cherngtalay, but we’re open to other nice areas. Ideally within around 20 minutes by scooter from a good swimming beach. What we’re looking for: • 2 bedrooms • Preferably 2 bathrooms • House/townhouse preferred, but we’ll consider a nice apartment • Pet-friendly – we have one small Chihuahua under 5 kg • Parking space • Bright, modern and fully furnished • Reliable high-speed internet/fibre available – we both work remotely • Quiet and safe residential area • No active construction nearby • Nice surroundings with cafés, restaurants, shops/supermarket and gym reasonably close • Balcony, terrace or small private outdoor area would be a big plus • Air conditioning, equipped kitchen and washing machine We are looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to live and work long-term, not a busy party area.
