Looking to rent a pool villa or luxury condo, 1 Nov 2026 to 14 Jan 2027, Rawai / Nai Harn / Chalong Hello all. My wife and I are a Dutch couple in our thirties, non-smoking, no pets, no children. We will arrive in Rawai on 25 October and are looking for a place to base ourselves for about two and a half months. We are open to two options. Either a villa with a private pool on a quiet soi, or a modern, spacious condo in a good building with pool and gym; for a condo, walking distance to restaurants and the beach is important to us. In both cases: two bedrooms preferred (one large bedroom also works), air conditioning throughout, fast reliable wifi and a proper workspace. Rawai, Nai Harn and Chalong all work for us. Budget is around THB 80,000 per month, flexible on dates and budget for the right place. We can view in person from 26 October and decide on the spot.
