We’re 3 adults and 2 young children, and ideally we’re looking for: Rawai or Nai Harn area (or nearby) 4 bedrooms Swimming pool (private or shared) Air conditioning throughout The purpose of our stay is to use the villa as a base while we view long-term rental properties and visit international schools before deciding where to settle. We have a family member who lives in Rawai and is happy to view any property in person before we pay a deposit, giving both ourselves and the owner extra peace of mind.
