Property type: Open to Villas, Houses, Townhouses, or Apartments/Condos (must be an officially pet-friendly building/complex). Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms. Must-haves: Reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Pet Policy: Strictly PET-FRIENDLY. We are traveling with 1 small Chihuahua (weight: 3.5 kg). She is fully vaccinated, microchipped, strictly house-trained, quiet, and doesn't chew furniture. Our budget: Up to 70,000-75,000 THB for the month (excluding electricity/water).
