Preferred area: Karon or Kata (west coast), but we're open to other nice locations on the west coast. Looking for: Preferably a small house or bungalow with a swimming pool, but a condo or apartment is also fine. We have a very well-behaved 3.5 kg Pomeranian. Budget: Around THB 40,000–50,000 per month, depending on the property. We are a quiet, respectful, non-smoking married couple and will take good care of your property.
