I’m a responsible Canadian professional looking for a clean, modern, fully furnished home in Phuket for myself and Diesel, my well-behaved, fully house-trained French Bulldog and trained service dog. Preferred dates: September 4, 2026 to February 28, 2027 I can also consider an October 1 start, a 3-month rental, or extending longer for the right home. Budget: Approximately 40,000–55,000 THB per month Potentially up to 60,000 THB for an exceptional beachfront or private-pool property. Preferred areas: Kata is my first choice, but I’m also considering Karon, Rawai, Nai Harn and Kamala.
