Move-in date: September 1st, 2026. Rental period: 6 months (September to February/March). We would prefer to start with a 3-month lease with a guaranteed option to extend for another 3 months at the same fixed rental price. Must-have requirements: * Pet-friendly. * Fully fenced and secure yard. * A real green lawn/grass garden where our dogs can walk and play (please, no concrete or fully tiled yards). * Private swimming pool. * 3 bedrooms, fully furnished. * Fully equipped kitchen. * High-speed internet. * Quiet neighborhood, away from construction sites. About our pets: We have two well-trained, calm, and friendly family dogs: * Toy Poodle (5 kg) * American Bully (30 kg) Both are very quiet, lazy, non-aggressive, and well-behaved.
