Condo wanted in Rawai – from 1st November I’m looking for a modern, clean condo in Rawai, available from 1st November for a minimum of 2 months, with the potential to stay long term if it’s the right place. I’m a clean, respectful and hard-working professional, working remotely, and looking for somewhere I can feel at home while enjoying the lifestyle and meeting people. Ideally looking for: Modern, well-maintained condo Good air conditioning Swimming pool Gym on-site or a good gym nearby Good Wi-Fi and a proper workspace/desk for working remotely Balcony or nice outdoor space Good location in Rawai — close to gyms, cafés, restaurants and the beach A good expat community / social atmosphere would be a big plus Quiet enough to work and sleep, but still with a good social vibe I’m a big fitness/gym guy, work remotely and enjoy meeting new people, so somewhere with a good mix of fitness, social life and other expats would be ideal.
