Move-in: October 2026 – End of April 2027 Bedrooms: 3+ Budget: Up to around 80,000 THB/month Area: Anywhere from Rawai up to Pa Lai Beach Pet: One small ~3 kg, fully house-trained dog Private pool: Nice to have, but not a must Good WiFi: Important, as we work from home Fully furnished: Preferred We’re looking for a nice, comfortable place for a longer stay and will take good care of the property.
