Hey, I'm agent post my client are looking for Villa Looking for a 3-Bedroom Villa in Rawai, Phuket | December 1 – January 3 Location: Rawai, preferably close to Rawai Beach Dates: December 1, 2026 – January 3, 2027 (potentially with the option to extend) Budget: Around 150,000 THB per month (slightly flexible for the right place) What we're looking for: 3 bedrooms for 3 people – Ideally spacious bedrooms with enough room to set up a desk and office chair in each one. Fast & reliable internet – This is a must! We all work remotely and have regular video calls throughout the day. Space to work separately – We're planning to rent our own desks and office chairs, so each bedroom should ideally have enough space for a comfortable workspace. Since we all have calls, we'd prefer to work in separate rooms. Private pool is optional – Nice to have, but definitely not a priority. We're flexible with the budget if we find something that really fits our needs, but we'd prefer to stay around 150,000 THB per month. If you have anything suitable or know someone renting out a villa, please send me a DM with photos, location, and pricing. whatsapp +66 95 8371248 Ella Thanks in advance!
