We have a furnished studio at 777 Beach Condo in Mai Khao, available from 1 November for 14,500 THB/month on a 12-month lease. It’s 22.55 sqm with a private balcony overlooking greenery and the pool, a kitchenette, washing machine and air conditioning. I noticed you’re looking for a separate bedroom, so just to clarify: ours is an open-plan studio.
