I’m looking for a villa in Phuket for a one-month stay, with check-in at the end of November or in the first few days of December. We are looking for: * 3–4 bedrooms * Bang Tao, Nai Thon, Surin, or Mai Khao area * A new or very recently built villa, ideally no more than 2 years old * Stylish, modern design — we are not interested in older-style villas * Private swimming pool is a must The villa will be occupied by one respectable family: grandparents, parents, and children. We do not have pets, and this is not a party group — no heavy drinking, smoking, or noisy gatherings. We are looking for a comfortable, high-quality villa for a peaceful family stay.
