Hi! We are two adults looking for a furnished apartment, condo or small house from 14 January to 12 March 2027. Preferred areas: Rawai, Nai Harn, Saiyuan or Chalong. We need a private kitchen with a stove and fridge, a clean, well-maintained place, and a swimming beach within a 20-minute scooter ride. Our budget is approximately 40,000 THB per month, preferably including utilities. Owners and agents are welcome. 1
