Looking for a Condo or Apartment for Long-Term Rent in Patong, Phuket Hello everyone! I am looking for a condo or apartment to rent in or near Patong, Phuket, for approximately five months, from 7–10 November 2026 to 7–10 April 2027. I will be staying in Phuket for work and will be working there during this period, so I am looking for a comfortable place to live rather than holiday accommodation. My requirements are as follows: * Rental period: 7–10 November 2026 to 7–10 April 2027 (approximately 5 months) * Property type: Condo or apartment * Bedrooms: 1 or 2 bedrooms * Location: Patong or within 10 km of Patong * Budget: Around 20,000 THB per month * Preference: A clean, comfortable, well-maintained property suitable for long-term living As I am arranging my accommodation before arriving, a friend from the place where I will be working in Phuket can visit the property, inspect it in person, and check the details on my behalf. If you have a suitable property available for these dates, please contact me via private message. +905427618999 Please send me photos of the property, its exact location, the monthly rental price, and any additional fees or deposit requirements. I am looking for a genuine long-term rental and would appreciate hearing from owners or agents with suitable options. Thank you very much!
